MONDAY, JUNE 2
Travel Day - For those who want to travel early, optional whitewater trip on the Animas River.

TUESDAY, JUNE 3
8:00 AM - Registration for Conference
8:00-9:15 AM - Breakfast Program (.50 PDH)
Description:  Potential -- Hear briefing and welcome from ACEC Colorado leadership and staff.
9:40-11:45 AM - CEO Roundtable Discussion (Small/Medium 1-75 employees & Medium/Large 76+ employees) (2.0 PDHs)
Description:  The purpose of this program is to discuss business practice issues in a roundtable format. Discussion will include areas such as liability, profitability, ownership, human resources, business development, information technology, etc. (We will split into 2 groups by firm size in separate rooms for this discussion.)
12:00-1:15 PM - Lunch Program (.50 PDH) - Speaker: Steve Hall, Executive Vice President, ACEC
Description: Participants will receive a congressional briefing from Steve.
1:40-4:00 PM - Seminar on ?? (2.5 PDHs) - Speaker: Ryan Bouda
5:00-6:30 PM - Welcoming Reception
6:30-8:00 PM - Dinner at Hotel

8:00-11:50 AM - Seminar on Relationship Based Negotiations and the Power it Has to Create Consent Based Cultures that Thrive (4.0 PDHs) - Speaker: Dan Oblinger, Leadercraft

THURSDAY, JUNE 5
8:15-9:30 AM - Seminar on Ethics (2.0 PDHs) - Speaker: Aaron Mann, Terracon Consultants, Inc.
9:45-11:45 AM - ACEC Kansas Meeting
9:45-11:45 AM - ACEC Missouri Meeting
9:45-11:45 AM - ACEC Oklahoma Meeting
Lunch/Afternoon - ON YOUR OWN
4:00-5:00 PM - Reception at Hotel

5:00-9:00 PM - Dinner at Bar D Chuckwagon Ranch
Description: Join your fellow ACEC members for dinner at the Bar D Chuckwagon Ranch. Take some time and visit the blacksmith, participate in gold panning, take your best shot at the shooting gallery, or enjoy a wagon ride through the Colorado mountains. Serving roast beef and chicken, along with potato, baked beans, homemade biscuits, chunky applesauce, spice cake and cowboy coffee or real lemonade.

FRIDAY, JUNE 6
8:00-10:00 AM - Breakfast Program

CONFERENCE HOTELAll events will be held at the Doubletree by Hilton, 501 Camino Del Rio, Durango, CO 81301, unless noted otherwise. We have a block of rooms at the hotel. Call 970-259-6580 and refer to our group code “ACEC MSC” to get our group rate. Below are the sleeping room options and rates. You can also book your sleeping room online. The deadline to reserve your sleeping room is Saturday, May 3, 2025. Any rooms left in the block after that date will be released. To see more information on the hotel, click here.

NOTE:  If you plan to arrive earlier or depart later than the dates we have set up for our meeting, you need to call the hotel directly to set up your sleeping room. Please contact Carrie Eschle, reservationist, at 970-382-3915. or email her at [email protected]. The hotel will give us the rates above for the nights of June 1-June 5. If you plan to arrive earlier than those dates or depart later than those dates, you will be charged the best available rate for your room. They wouldn't allow us to extend our room block dates/rates past those dates.

Cancellation Policy Full registration will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, if written notification is received on or before May 27th. No refunds will be granted after this date, however, substitutions are welcome.

Recommended Attire:  Meetings are casual. Receptions and dinners are casual.
